Car painting and body repair
We specialize in car body repair and painting.
The workshop is equipped with
- 2 paint booths
- 2 compressors with a separate air circuit dedicated to painting, fitted with an air drying system to ensure quality
- A body straightening bench
- Over 2,500 m² of workshop space, which allows a continuous and efficient workflow
Bodywork, or as people here call it, rihtovka
We do car bodywork: body repair, welding, spotter work, bench work. We repair cars, minibuses and vans. The shop is equipped with a body straightening bench. It is more often called a “robot”; in fact it is a sturdy platform used in body shops for:
- precisely fixing the damaged body,
- measuring and restoring the original geometry,
- pulling deformed parts with hydraulic cylinders or chains.
Car painting
We paint car panels (bumper, fender, hood, door) and do full repaints. The paint shop has its own paint mixing lab. We use QuickLine paint.
Disassembly and assembly work
To paint any panel, such as the bumper, fender, hood or door, the work starts with removal and disassembly. It ends with assembling the painted parts and fitting them back onto the body.
The complexity of this work varies from one car model to another. In most cases, full removal and disassembly reveal other defective parts that need replacing, such as slides and brackets.
