RCA/CASCO claim handling
We take over all contact with the insurance company. We handle every discussion and negotiation so that the car is fully repaired after the road accident.

How compensation, repair and painting work after an accident under RCA
The case is registered with the insurance company. The insurer’s assessor draws up the damage report (PVC). After that you can choose: cash compensation based on the insurer’s calculation, or referral to a repair shop.
If you ask to be referred to our shop for the repair, we handle all further contact with the insurance company so that every defect caused by the accident is repaired, whether it is a CASCO or an RCA case.
For minor repairs (no complex bodywork) and painting just a few panels (as in many cases: a bumper and/or a fender or hood), no appointment is needed. Thanks to the generous space and high throughput, simple jobs can run in parallel with complex ones without disrupting the process.
Got an offer from the insurer?
Before you sign, come in with the offer and the car. We check whether the amount covers the real repair and whether anything was left out of the damage report.

When can cash compensation fall short?
If you choose cash compensation, keep in mind that if defects appear that were not found at first, it is hard to get the compensation topped up, and they are often paid out of your own pocket.
Here are just a few examples:
- calibration and synchronization of electronic units is left out (headlights, radar, blind spot sensor, doors, mirrors and other parts, even the battery on newer cars, may need calibrating or syncing after removal)
- a radiator that looks intact may have leaks that show up later
- the suspension may have bent arms that are only found at the end of the work, when the alignment is set
- defective or cracked slides and mounting brackets
- cracked hoses and pipes
- technical fluid leaks
- parts costed for repair turn out, during the work, to have been repaired before and can now only be replaced
- a fender or door previously painted over too much filler
- a bumper that was welded and painted before
- a grille that was welded and painted before
- a misaligned chassis rail
- level 1 misalignments
- paint chipped on the inside
- damaged lining
- a locked seat belt
How long does an RCA-insured repair and paint job take?
- After the case is registered with the insurance company, in our experience the confirmation that work can start arrives within
- 2–4 weeks
- Simple jobs such as painting a bumper, fender or hood, with no major bodywork, are done quickly and without an appointment. You can have the car repaired and painted within
- 1 week
- When parts are ordered, delivery can take from 1 day to 1 month. The average is
- 2 weeks
Bodywork and painting start only once the parts are in stock. Bodywork and gap alignment are not possible without fitting the parts.

We fix it. Simple.
